Large and en suite unit on the ground level.

Frank
The most important - exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect location very close to the event we were attending. Large units with a shared bathroom.
-
Richard
Spotless, nicely furnished units provided with a standard size double bed instead of a king-size bed, the garden, for example. Magnificent and lovely location close to Scotland, rail station and bus station, and centre in a safe area. Pretty friendly staff interactions.
Chatty staff!

Had a very very good stay for short business trip, everything was really good. The location in a shopping area was lovely and fantastic and there were a main shopping street and shopping streets nearby. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Henley's Bar. Booked a room with particularly nice views of the garden. The bed was comfy and worked perfectly. The staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating and took care of us.

The location was exceptionally nice opposite police station. And it was also just next door to pubs as well as back yard/garden.
-
Charles
The location was fantastic to the new Borders railway and the stuff here was pretty friendly. Moreover, its just off shops and restaurants, the garden area and Galashiels town centre.

A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Fantastic, good location in Galashiels, near the shops and railway station and the town centre and railway station.

The room was nicely heated for the winter weather, which made it very comfortable during my stay. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my time there. the guest house was conveniently located near the railway station and within walking distance of various dining options.
One of the negatives was that parking near the guest house was difficult to find, which was quite frustrating. Another downside was the lack of free toiletries provided, as it would have been a nice touch to have those available.

Philip
Handy location to attractions like Bank Street Gardens, that was a short walk from the hotel. Nice beds, we loved it.

Kevin
I loved the breakfast, it was sensational. The people were accommodating, the rooms were spotless and cheap. Its location was very central, 400 metres from Waverley Line Artwork.

I had a great stay at this hotel in the centre of town. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The efficient shower in my room was a bonus, and the extra king-size bed provided a good night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious with a good selection of options. I also enjoyed relaxing in the safe garden area at the back of the hotel.
Everything was absolutely fine, no issues whatsoever.
